Commercial cleaning · Central New Jersey

Commercial cleaning for spaces that mean business.

Offices, apartment properties and shared common areas across Central New Jersey. Commercial work starts with a walkthrough of your space, so the written proposal is based on what is actually there.

Walkthrough first, then a written proposal

Facilities we clean

Every kind of facility, cleaned to its own routine

These are the facilities we quote most often. A walkthrough sets the scope for yours — and if your facility is not listed, describe it in a request and we will tell you whether it is a fit.

Professional offices

Dental offices, doctors' offices, law offices, accounting offices and tax offices, plus general business offices — cleaned around patient, client and staff hours.

  • Dental offices
  • Doctors' offices
  • Law offices
  • Accounting offices
  • Tax offices
  • General business offices
  • Reception, waiting and consultation rooms kept presentable
  • Restrooms, kitchens and staff areas cleaned at each visit
  • Floors, glass and touchpoints on a schedule that fits your hours
  • Routine facility cleaning — we do not handle clinical waste or medical services

People-facing spaces

Daycares, banks, car dealerships and movie theaters — places where the public walks in and notices how the space is kept.

  • Daycares
  • Banks
  • Car dealerships
  • Movie theaters
  • Entrances, lobbies and showroom floors kept clean through opening hours
  • Restrooms and high-touch surfaces on a set, repeatable routine
  • Play areas, seating and public rooms cleaned as agreed with you
  • Work timed around open hours, deliveries or screenings

Apartment buildings & common areas

Apartment communities and multi-unit buildings, where the shared spaces are what every resident and visitor sees.

  • Apartment buildings
  • Lobbies & entrances
  • Hallways & stairwells
  • Laundry & amenity rooms
  • Common areas cleaned on a recurring schedule set with the property
  • Turnover cleaning between residents, quoted unit by unit
  • Trash and recycling points tidied as agreed
  • Day porter coverage for buildings that need daytime attention

Larger & multi-tenant buildings

Warehouses and commercial buildings — larger footprints, where the scope is planned area by area rather than as one blanket visit.

  • Warehouses
  • Commercial buildings
  • Multi-suite buildings
  • Storage rooms, employee areas & service hallways
  • Break rooms, offices and restrooms inside a larger footprint
  • Warehouse floors and high-traffic routes cleaned as agreed
  • Storage rooms, employee areas & service hallways cleaned as agreed
  • Frequency set per area, so busy routes are not cleaned like quiet ones

Hours, frequency and the areas covered are confirmed after a walkthrough, so the plan fits how your facility is actually used.

Core commercial cleaning

The three services most facilities start with

Day-to-day janitorial cleaning for the spaces people use most. Everything further down this page — day porter coverage, floor care, exterior work — can sit alongside them.

01 · Offices

Office Cleaning

Offices and suites across Central New Jersey, cleaned on a schedule that fits your working day.

We look after the spaces your team uses every day: desks and shared surfaces, meeting rooms, kitchens and breakrooms, washrooms, entrance areas, floors and glass where it shows.

The scope is written area by area, so you know what is cleaned, how often, and what happens between visits.

  • Desks, shared surfaces and meeting rooms
  • Kitchens, breakrooms and washrooms
  • Floors, entrance areas and glass where it shows
  • Waste and recycling points as agreed
  • Frequency matched to how the space is used

02 · Apartment properties

Apartment Common Areas

Lobbies, hallways, stairwells and shared amenities — the spaces residents and visitors see every day.

Common-area cleaning for apartment properties and multi-unit buildings, on a recurring schedule set with the property rather than for it.

We walk the building with you, agree which areas are cleaned at each visit, and keep the same routine from one visit to the next.

  • Lobbies, entrances and mail areas
  • Hallways, stairwells and elevator areas
  • Laundry rooms and shared amenity spaces
  • Apartment trash collection — scheduled pickup, with locations and frequency agreed with property management
  • Recurring visits with a written, per-area scope
  • One contact for questions about the schedule

03 · Turnovers

Turnover Cleaning

Units cleaned between residents, scoped to the unit, the timeline and the standard you want the next person to walk into.

Turnover work is quoted per unit and scheduled around your move-in dates. Tell us the unit size and when it needs to be ready, and the scope is agreed before it goes on the schedule.

Whether it is one unit or a repeating turnover flow, the checklist is settled in advance so nothing is decided on the day.

  • Kitchens, bathrooms and floors
  • Closets, cabinets and interior surfaces
  • Unit-by-unit scope agreed before scheduling
  • One-off turnovers or a repeating turnover flow
  • Timelines confirmed with you before anything is committed

Daytime coverage

Day Porter Services

A day porter keeps a building looking cared-for while it is in use — daytime upkeep of shared spaces, restrooms, touchpoints and common areas, scoped with you.

Instead of one clean before opening or after closing, a day porter covers what shows during the day: restrooms checked and restocked, entryways and shared surfaces kept tidy, waste and spills handled as the day goes on, and common areas kept presentable for visitors and residents.

Days, hours and the areas covered are agreed with you beforehand and written into the scope alongside the rest of the cleaning.

Ask about day porter coverage

What a day porter covers

  • Shared spaces: lobbies, corridors, break rooms and common rooms
  • Restrooms checked, tidied and restocked to the level you supply
  • Touchpoints: door handles, railings, elevator buttons and counters
  • Entrances, entry glass and waste points kept presentable
  • Spills and one-off tidy-ups during the day, as the scope covers

Scoped with you

Set by days, hours and areas

Coverage is set by days, hours and areas — a set window, a half day or a full day, as agreed with you.

Supplies, products and restocking levels are confirmed with you before the service starts.

Specialty cleaning & floor care

Specialty Cleaning & Floor Care

Floor care and detail work, quoted per job. Each one starts with a look at the surface, the carpet, the glass or the system involved, so the scope matches what is actually there.

Floor stripping and waxing

Removing old finish from hard floors and applying a new floor finish, so the surface is cleaned back and protected again. We look at the floor first to confirm the method and the products that suit it.

Tile and grout cleaning

Cleaning tile surfaces and grout lines where soil and build-up collect — restrooms, kitchens, entryways and other hard-floor areas. The method is matched to the tile and grout in your building.

Carpet cleaning

Deep cleaning of carpeted areas, from individual offices to corridors and common rooms, with the method chosen for the carpet and how the space is used.

Window cleaning

Interior and exterior glass, frames and sills as agreed, scheduled around the hours that suit your building and the people in it.

Air duct cleaning

Cleaning accessible ductwork, vents and grilles to clear dust build-up in the system. We check what is reachable in your building and set the scope out in writing before any work.

Every specialty job starts with an assessment: we look at the floor, carpet, glass or system first, then set the scope and the price out in writing before anything is scheduled.

Exterior cleaning

Exterior Cleaning

Outside the building matters too — what people walk past, walk on and see first. Exterior work is quoted per building and scheduled for the season.

Every specialty job starts with an assessment: we look at the floor, carpet, glass or system first, then set the scope and the price out in writing before anything is scheduled.

Power washing

Exterior surfaces — walkways, entryways, sidewalks and dumpster pads — with the pressure and method matched to the surface being cleaned.

Gutter cleaning

Clearing gutters and downspouts of leaves and debris, with the approach planned around the height and access of your building.

Recurring service

A schedule planned around your property

Commercial cleaning works when the plan matches how the building is actually used. Frequency is set with you, area by area, and reviewed as your needs change.

What we will not promise

Straight answers, not headline numbers

We do not quote a fixed price per square foot before seeing the space — the number comes from the areas, the frequency and the condition you are starting from.

We do not promise a start date, a team size or an hourly window we have not confirmed with you first.

What the plan covers

Everything below is agreed with you before the first visit.

  • Frequency set area by area, rather than one blanket visit
  • Busier spaces cleaned more often than quiet ones
  • Timing planned around your operating hours or your residents
  • The plan reviewed with you as the property or team changes

Walkthrough & written proposal

See the space, then put it in writing

Every commercial quote starts with walking the property with you. The proposal that follows is written for your building, not taken from a package.

  1. 1

    Request a walkthrough

Tell us about the property: the kind of space, the areas that matter most and when cleaning would ideally happen.

  2. 2

    Walk the space together

We visit, look at the areas you want cleaned most often and note anything that needs a different approach.

  3. 3

    Written proposal and scope

You receive the areas included, how often each is cleaned and the price, so it can be compared and questioned.

  4. 4

    Recurring service begins

Once the scope is agreed, cleaning starts on the schedule we planned and the routine stays consistent.

Scope and checklist, agreed before the first visit

A walkthrough is a conversation, not a commitment. We talk through how the space is used, what needs attention most often and what needs a closer look, then write it into the proposal so there are no assumptions on either side.

Settled before cleaning starts

  • Which areas are cleaned at every visit, and which are periodic
  • What happens at the start and the end of each visit
  • Anything in the building needing a different product or extra care
  • How changes to the scope are raised and agreed
  • Where the checklist lives, so your team or residents know what to expect
